It was good to spend time with my family and Church family for the month of December. The newest member of my family made a lot of fuss of me when I first arrived. I think Tilly is about 6-months old and belongs to Matthew. Elaine, Reece & Joshua. She is a cross between a poodle and cocker spaniel and has a lovely personality. You can see her in the pictures below.
I stayed with John & Caroline and my two youngest granddaughters; all my faily came to us on Christmas day. Overall I ate too much, being fed by regularly at my daughter Caroline and Gary's home with my three oldest grandchildren, Hannah, Ruth & beth. If I wasn't eating there I would be at one of my sons.
Also venturing to the local 'The Blossoms' trying their mixed grills and pies with pastor Rick & Julie. (Well Church, Ansdell & Blackpool)
A special time was visiting my birth county of Yorkshire to see one of my oldest friends Jeff & his wife Jean. I had the pleasure of preaching at their Church St Martin's Seamer, Scarborough. The Yorkshire coast is so diffenrent from the west coast where my family live. The harbour and background hills so very beautiful.
